Your Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven sales super star to join the business as a Territory Manager to manage our Southland region (Invercargill through to Queenstown/Gore).

In this role, you will be required to:

· Provide best in class customer engagement and service levels
· Create and sustain customer sales at an optimum level through distribution, placement and display
· Coach and develop merchandisers in your region
· Drive growth and have ownership of territory sales targets
· Plan and execute aligned Category focused strategies
· Manage end to end territory activities, including administration tasks
· Full NZ Driver Licence required

About You

Armed with 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, you'll enjoy growing and maintaining existing relationships to actively promote our range of products to our customers.

This is a rewarding role for someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities within a busy portfolio ranging from planning, sales to administrative activities. You'll also be tech savvy; in other words proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook and Excel.
