POSITION : Sales Support Executive (Temporary)

DIVISION : Sales

LOCATION : Beirut

REPORTS TO: Sales Support Officer

Main Purpose of the Job

Organize and lead the Sales Support process to Sales Management, ensuring efficient and synchronized execution of administrations, planning cycles, performance management, analysis, audit, and key meetings and provide valuable information to our Sales team.

Major Responsibilities

· Responsible for capturing all trade spending (TTS) in CRM for respective country in alignment with Category Channel Sales Development, and highlighting any issues related to activities (including credit notes) or accruals, and execute on CRM liaising with Nestlé Business Shared Services (NBS) (credit notes posting and disputes clearing). Ensure accuracy in TTS analysis & reporting (Actuals vs Planned).
· Responsible for preparing the sales target split among Field Sales Representatives/Channels and tracking the monthly Best Sales Estimate in coordination with the sales teams.
· Responsible for claims and clearing Dispute Cases with full coordination and follow-up with sales teams.
· Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team key meetings by setting direction and building coordination with planning.
· Tabulates the monthly objectives / incentives for the sales force and compare with achievements.
· Monitor the sales performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and also versus the promotion allocation quantities during consumer promotions by sales person, provide team with necessary analysis, and update Category Channel Sales Development and Sales Managers accordingly.
· Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations, in the country.
· Responsible for preparing sales analysis by customer/channel/platform/salesman on monthly basis, to enable management to review and take necessary actions.
· Coordination with Sales force and NBS for the creation of new customers on SAP. Develop and keep the Direct Delivery call cycle updated on a daily & monthly basis.
· Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestlé Instructions and local country codes.

Requirements

· University Degree: B.A in Business Administration or Finance
· Minimum 1- 2 years' experience in field Sales/ Admin, Sales Support, Supply Chain & or Finance, data handling, report preparation, interaction at multiple levels.
· FMCG background preferred
