Nestlé Business Services is announcing an opening for Quality Specialist , in Nespresso Quality and Project Management team in Lviv.

Main responsibilities:
To execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions in:
· Calculation of KPIs, agreed with the market and consolidation of these KPIs into Dashboard to be presented to market;
· Provide all the activities related to data quality by performing sample check analysis of all processes performed by Nespresso Operations for each live market;
· Expand the scope of KPIs calculation for newly transitioned Markets;
· Develop KPIs as per Markets' requests;
· Provide timely reporting to relevant stakeholders;
· Participate in monthly SLAs review calls with Markets;
· Ensure compliance of services provided by Operational Teams by Performance of critical controls based on agreed criteria.

Main requirements:
· University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance;
· Experience in Nestle (1+ years);
· Experience in working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and networked organization (internal and external providers);
· Good understanding of AP/AR/AO operational processes;
· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
· Quick learner and ability to adapt to uncertain situations;
· High tolerance to stress, personal time management;
· Interpersonal and communication skills;
· Proficiency in English (Intermediate: written and verbal).
