In our Logistics team we are looking for an Operational Expert Logistics.

Job description
The purpose of this role is to ensure an optimal service level for our customers by managing all operational issues at the 3PL's. You are the spider in the web between the 3PLs, customer service, planning and procurement and so internal and external stakeholder management is at the hart of this role.
You ensure successful resolution of operational distribution issues by your frequent on site presence, enabling immediate action where possible and by the creation, communication and execution of action plans where needed. You are our eyes and ears at our 3PL partners and so your contribution to continuous improvement will be key. You'll support the projects based on those initiatives in your operational expert role.


We are looking for…
YOU…if you have 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in a warehousing and distribution environment. Proven stakeholder management at managerial level is important, preferably with 3PL partners. Your result focus keeps you going even when faced with resistance or setbacks and your active listening skills, decisiveness and relational capacities are your secret weapon to impact and success in negociations. Problem solving and process improvement make you thrive and you are familiar with operational excellence to make it happen. You are fluent in Englisch and French or Dutch.
