You will be a member of the Nestlé Business Services O2C Operations team where customers benefit from best-in-class experience through increased speed of service. Our teams interact with customers locally based on new operating models which facilitates customer centric service strategies. We are currently looking for a highly dynamic, passionate, and talented individual to serve as our: Order to Cash (O2C) Process Optimizer: To ensure the optimization of process delivery for the End to End (E2E) across service lines, taking ownership of all aspects of Automation, Continuous Improvement and work closely with the Market Account Lead to drive operational service delivery.

Position is located in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key responsibilities:

· Identify Opportunities for Efficiency/Automation for the E2E
· Facilitate the design of Automation & Global Automation Initiatives
· Lead the design for Local initiatives for the E2E
· Drive Operational Service Performance for the E2E
· Provide ongoing support to the Market Account Lead
· Drive Continuous Improvement within the E2E with a focus on Operational Efficiency and feedback from Markets

Education and experience:

· Associate / University / Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting or other related field
· Solid knowledge and experience in Finance / Accounting / Accounts Receivables / Order to Cash activities
· Has demonstrated successful business partnering, Stakeholder management/ engagement
· Good presentation and communication skills (including strong PowerPoint expertise)
· Has had experience in continuous improvement initiatives
· Has successfully worked in matrix environment
· Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
