LOCATION Guelph, ONREPORTS TO Technical Resource


Hourly Rate $30.86 to start, 3 month rate $32.02, after 1 year $ 33.50

Major Responsibilities

•Maintain plant assets and equipment to enable 24/7 operation

•Completion of all scheduled Preventative, Predictive and Planned maintenance activities

•Analysis of failures to prevent re-occurrence, including creating new PM standards

•Accurate and timely entry of work order data into SAP work order management program

•Maintain and improve maintenance shop standards

•Respond to breakdown calls as needed

•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•Industrial Millwright License
•Welding and fabricating experience
•Machining equipment experience; Lathe and milling machine
•Electrical knowledge would be an asset
•Strong communication skills
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Ability to be self-managed and organized
•Possess analytical skills and capacity to gather & evaluate large quantities of data
•Strong work ethic, able to maintain high standard over long periods of repetitive work
•Strong leadership skills, able to work alone or part of a team
•Willing to work on rotating continental shift
