Job description

Main Purpose of Job:
To lead the regional merchandising team (third party merchandising team and own team) in delivering the company objectives in terms of spaces and visibility in the assigned area. To ensure all activities are flawlessly executed at POP.
• Lead the third party merchandising service provider in the assigned region/territory in achieving excellence at POP.
• Accountable to ensure that visibility / space agreements with customers are implemented in the assigned region/territory.
• Ensure implementation of planograms and merchandising guidelines in line with CCSD team.
• Build strong teamwork and spirit.
• Feedback on the effectiveness of our own activities along with recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising Manager with regards to type and quantity of POP material is required in the assigned region/territory.
• Responsible to maintain an effective and accurate POP materials stock management and forecast in the assigned region/territory.
• Develop and maintain long term effective business relationship with customers in the assigned region/territory.
• To identify and recommend any opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend any specific needs for training and development.
• Training and development of the team including on the job training.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
• Comply with Nestlé's strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

Knowledge: In-depth product knowledge (features and benefits) English a must Arabic an advantage.
Skills: Good communication skills, creative, persistent and reliable > (Holding a valid Driving License)

Qualifications:
· Preferred Experience in FMCG / Retail/ Relative industry ( 2 -3 Years )
· University graduate BS in ( Business administration / Marketing / Management ), or relevant qualifications
· Language: English / Arabic
