In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Talent function and are creating regional Centers of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality Talent portfolio of services to Markets, from Talent acquisition, Talent planning, Leadership and team development, to Learning and capability building.
We are looking for a regional Learning Technologist for the CoC for Latin America based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Reporting to the regional Learning & Capability Development Manager. In this role you will be responsible to provide digital learning leadership, expertise and support to the Nestlé Learning & Capability building community. You work as part of the Regional Talent CoC in strong collaboration with the Corporate Learning Technologies team and have primary responsibility for ensuring the roll-out of initiatives in digital learning, personalized learning, digital literacy, digital instructional design coaching. You will be leading the global digital learning channel within the Region.

Key responsibilities

· Partner with CoC Learning Instructional Designers in the design, adaptation and build of Corporate or new development solutions to be rolledout in the assigned region, ensuring the right learning technologies are leveraged
· Support the Corporate function in the research innovative opportunities (internal and external) to leverage technology to support the digital learning delivery channel
· Be part of the global Learning technologies team/community, by providing leadership, expertise and support when required
· Support Regional Learning Program Managers during the preparation and the delivery of their Digital learning solutions, ensuring the correct application of tools, technologies and digital processes
· Provide learning best practices guidance for Nestlé's Learning Management System (LMS) to Market and Region learning and training community
· Design and lead implementation of corporate standard operatinf procedures for LMS and learning technologies. Co-Lead design and integration at a high level for learning and technology architectures. Work with markets to standardize processes and foster adoption
· Coordinate enhancement activities with Nestlé markets, corporate, and vendors for learning and training. Serve as SPOC for vendor and corporate efforts. Assert Nestlé priorities with vendors and coordinate and facilitate those needs until implementation
· Facilitate and support ongoing knowledge transfer for instructional designers, on new learning technology trends and what is available to use within Nestlé

Education and experience

· At least 3 years' experience in Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) design, implement and sustain in large scale environments
· Minimum 2 years of design experience in modern learning solutions (webinars, MOOCs, video-based, social...)
· Degree in Education, Training, Information Systems or Economics
· Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PHP, alternate media development tools, video production and digital Learning technologies / platforms
· Strong project management skills
· Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams (internal and external) in a global environment
· Experience in leading / managing change
· Fluent in English, any other language of the region would be a plus
