KAM Back-Office Assistant

As a Key Account Specialist, you will collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop and implement annual customer plans.

Key responsibilities

· Verification and nurture of productive business communication with Customer buyers to improve relationship with customers (Phone, Mail, Visits, ...)
· Support of Key Account Managers in: managing operational activities like annual planning of Trade Activities, assortment management, Promotional Planning and providing reporting and analysis.
· Delivery of accurate Trade activity on time and information such as off-invoice discounts and accruals. Ensure reliable tracking and reporting of TTS (CRM vs. KAM Tool alignment) and invoices process (Settlement) to guaranty the adherence to conditions framework.
· Ensure flawless E2E execution of promotional Trade Activities to support and liaise with Demand Planning. (Budget, Offer, volume planning, evaluation)
· Proactively construction and implementation of improvements to sales and cross stream processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies etc).
· Adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé Leadership principles, local Sales policy, Safety and legal regulations.

Education and experience

· Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or higher education degree
· Minimum 3 years of operational experience, preferably in Sales or Supply Chain roles (e.g. Demand planning, Customer service) in a similar market environment or trade structure
· Fluency in French and German, English would be a plus
