In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Talent function and are creating regional Centers of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality Talent portfolio of services to Markets, from Talent acquisition, Talent planning, Leadership and team development, to Learning and capability building.
We are looking for a regional Instructional Designer for the CoC for Latin America based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Reporting to the regional Learning & Capability Development Manager, you will be responsible for the design of the identified regional portfolio of learning solutions and for the design of the local adaptations of the regional learning portfolio. You will also work in strong collaboration with the Corporate Learning Design team with the aim of creating highly impactful and modern learning experiences based on market's business and people development priorities. The way of working and the methodologies adopted in the design reflect the learning principles (Nestlé Way of Learning) and the guidelines provided by the Nestlé Learning Strategy.

Key responsibilities

· Review the global learning portfolio and identify the regional adaptations in the design and build of the above the market learning solutions; agree with the Global Talent CoC the adaptation needed. Design and build the agreed Learning portfolio applying the right mix of pedagogy, methodologies, delivery channels (classroom, on line, video based, eLearning…)
· Continuously look for existing other Nestlé learning practices within the region
· Apply to the design of the regional portfolio the learning effectiveness global principles and methodologies
· Lead the design in collaboration with the Global Talent CoC Learning and Capability development colleagues, Subject Matter Experts, Eduction & Training (E&T) and Leadership Development (LdV) Pillars, approved external vendors
· Partner with regional LDv and E&T Pillars to support the design of the training and coaching sessions
· Contribute to the design of the «business cases» identified within the geo-clusters, eligible for representing global above the market learning solutions
· Share with the Learning global community the regional learning "ad hoc" designed solutions contributing to the potential creation of new above the market global trainings
· Being part of a global pool of Instructional Designers, contribute to other geo-clusters needs when required

Education and experience

· 2-3 years of instructional design experience including traditional (classrooms, eLearning, workshops) and modern (webinars, MOOCs, video-based, social) learning solutions
· Proven capacity to work with external and internal stakeholders (business schools, consultants, SMEs) translating learning objectives (business and people needs) in designed learning solutions
· Degree in Education, Psychology, Economics or Political Sciences
· Fluent in English
