At Nestlé Nordic HR we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition and Development Team. The position is based in Stockholm. In Nordic HR we are 35 people working in three areas: Total Rewards (compensation and benefits), HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition and Development. The Talent Acquisition and Development team consists of six people (not including this position) based in Sweden and Denmark. As HR Recruitment Specialist Nordic you will report to our Training and Development Manager Patrik Henriksson.

This position is a great opportunity to work in an exciting and challenging international company with fantastic people! As HR Recruitment Specialist Nordic you will work closely with our HR Business Partners and Line Managers in Sweden. You will get at large network in Nestlé Nordic as well as contacts with external suppliers.

Your future challenges
In this position you will own and manage recruitments mainly for Sweden and some in Norway. In addition, there will be various ad hoc tasks that require you to work independently or in teams with the rest of your HR colleagues.

Some of your tasks will include:
· Align job profiles together with Line Manager and HR Business Partner
· Write, prepare and announce attractive job adds
· Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
· Conduct interviews and give test feedback
· Check references and prepare contracts
· Various Talent Acquisition projects
Occasional travel will be required, mainly to Norway and Denmark.

Your experiences and qualifications
We expect you to have at least 3 years' experience from a similar position or from working as a Recruitment Consultant, where you have run the recruitment process from A-Z, with all the different aspects it brings; from coaching Line Managers to navigating in complex and different system setups. It is an advantage if you are certified in SHL's test tools OPQ and Verify.

It is preferable, but not a requirement, that you have experience from the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry and some knowledge of the different categories and businesses.

You are educated to a degree level and fluent in Swedish and English; orally as well as in writing. We assume you are used to working in Microsoft Office. Additionally you want to learn new systems and processes, as it is an important part of the job.
