POSITION : Assistant Brand Manager

DIVISION : Nespresso

LOCATION : NME HO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager

Description

Ensure the execution of the global Marketing Activities in the markets, building brand awareness and ensure brand positioning.

Major Responsibilities

·  Support and supervise the creation of the local marketing activity plan including BTL and ATL activities both B2C and B2B.
·  Act as a "bridge" between Commercial and Marketing department, ensure quality execution of the different activities in order to establish the Nespresso Brand as the ‘icon of perfect coffee worldwide' in the markets
·  Write Media Briefs & brief agencies in alignment with Marketing Manager
·  Monitor marketing budget for respective cluster
·  Collect market insights from the different markets to initiate the creation of market specific projects in collaboration with the local Marketing team
·  Support the adaptation of international creative for the local markets
·  Coordinate marketing activities with external agencies
·  Conduct the market researches with Head Quarter team to better understand and approach the market with relevant campaigns and communications
·  Integrate digital communication in all activities, by supporting the objective of driving sales on the Ecommerce platform and increase brand awareness through social media
·  Increase brand awareness through social media
·  Support activities which are enhancing the penetration of the total machine sale in trade channel & create / plan trade marketing activities
·  Ensure that communication in the Boutiques are online with the rest of the channels & brand positioning
·  Develop CRM campaigns in collaboration with CRM team for the markets to support Club Members
·  Build a B2B Marketing calendar for yearly activities within respective cluster.

Requirements

·  Minimum 2 - 3 years in Marketing
·  University Degree (or equivalent), (Preferably in Marketing)
·  Experience of working with high end luxury or premium FMCG retail brands
·  Digital & Social Media experience
·  Bilingual (Arabic & English)
·  Ability to travel without visa restrictions (KSA, Qatar, Egypt, Oman & Bahrain)
