To reinforce the HR Employee Services team of our Operating Company Nestlé Suisse SA, we are currently looking for an ES Specialist.

Combining strong learning abilities with service orientation and high results focus , you will support HR Business Partners, managers and employees within the company with high quality of information, advice and service in HR Administration. You will also act as a change agent in continuous improvement of processes.

Key responsibilities
· Ensure effective support to Line Managers and HR Business Partners during day to day activities, which includes absence management (illness, accident, AI), reporting, time management, various letters related to the employee lifecycle (hiring process, transfer and promotion process and end of employment process)
· Respond to employees and HR requests
· Collaborate with our HR outsourced partner in Poland
· Work on HR Project related to process improvement
· Be an ambassador of Nestlé Continuous Excellence Program, by optimizing HR processes and improving the quality, consistency and efficiency of the HR activities
· Develop relationships and work proactively with HR Community
Required Profile
· Between 2 and 3 years of experience as an HR assistant in at least a medium-size company.
· HR Certificate would be a plus
· Professional fluency in both French and English (Written and Spoken), German/Swiss German will be considered a strong advantage
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP/Time SAP or other time management systems is an asset
