The successful candidate will ideally fulfil the following criteria:

· Good understanding of different social media platforms and their intricacies
· Excellent written communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
· Exceptional problem solving skills and an ability to think on your feet
· Experience in a digital team environment, responding and engaging to Digital contacts is advantageous
· Option to work from home for 50% of working hours
