This position is embedded in the Consumer & Shopper Insight, Communication & Media team.
As a Consumer Insights Specialist , you will lead market research for different businesses within Nestlé Switzerland. You will closely support the Marketing team and ensure regular updates on consumer and market trends. You will also drive development of the brand teams toward more in-depth consumer knowledge.

Key responsibilities

Lead fundamental market research for the relevant businesses including segmentation, category landscape understanding, concept testing, etc...
· Transcript Marketing business questions into consumers’ brief
· Market Research set-up and agency management
· Provide clear recommendations & conclusions on strategic decisions followings market research
· Outputs optimization of research instruments

Work closely with marketing team on key business questions related to consumers and support team in marketing strategy development by delivering clear learning plans

Training for marketing teams
· Support and train Marketing teams in concept writing and in the market research process

Required Profile

· University degree, good knowledge on fundamental market research
· 2 to 3 years’ experience in market research both qualitative and quantitative consumer test
· Excellent writing and analytical skills
· Good understanding of consumer and customer trends in the Swiss market
· Experience in Client side and/or FMCG experience: a plus
· Very good command of French and English; German: a plus
