The Nestlé System Technology Center in Orbe is Nestlé's leading competence center for the design, development and deployment of Nestlé systems, offering expertise in machines, packaging, and products for in-home and out-of-home consumption

Your main mission will be to perform a variety of duties linked to general STC communication and events. Within this scope: compose, edit, and proofread communications and presentations, organise events and major meetings and publish communication material.

Key responsibilities

·  Overall staff meetings: General Logistics & Setup coordination + Internal Presentations
·  VIP visits: Coordination of all logistics + support for communication materials
·  Awards Ceremony : event and awards coordination
·  Intranet & Other digital plateforms - Management & Update
·  Prepare / Coordinate all STC Communications
·  Induction programme – organization & presentation coordination

Education and experience

·  Minimum 3 years' experience in Communication & Event coordination
·  Efficient use of Microsoft Office IT tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) + Graphic Design programmes a plus
·  Internet research and editing abilities
·  Information workflow management
·  Organizational & planning skills
·  Detail orientation and result focus
·  French and English spoken and written at mothertongue level.
·  Creative writing skills
