Job description

Reporting to the Country Category Manager, you responsibilities will be as follow:

·  Support the development of a robust Country Category Plan by providing all the required brand with related inputs to achieve planned business objectives.
·  Achieve objectives for defined category at country level, by ensuring that planned consumer activities are flawlessly executed to generate expected results.
·  Provide all the brand related inputs required for the Monthly Business Planning meetings and actively participate in the monthly business planning meetings.
·  Make recommendations to the Category Manager when required on pricing to consumers,define the desired relative pricing.
·  Support the Category Manager in ensuring that pricing is in line with the validated pricing strategy in the category plan.
·  Develop briefs for the implementation of planned consumer activities,obtain the required approval, co-ordinate the execution with different stakeholders in order to achieve planned results,on time and within the approved budget and make actionable proposals to the Category Manager to improve planning and results of similar activities in the future.
·  Gather and analyze data on the consumer, market trends, competition, government policies, the general economic environment and on internally generated reports to support category planning/ development at country level. Develop action plans based on learnings from trade and in home visits.

Qualifications & Experience:

·  Bachelor's degree in business/marketing; MBA or graduate degree a plus
·  2- 4 years experience in marketing/sales in FMCG industry.
·  Proficiency in English, French and Arabi
·  Strong interpersonal relationship builder
·  Team player, dynamic and willingness to learn quickly
