Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Capacity and Production planner position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide consistently constrained production plans, which are optimised, feasible and realistic, while ensuring the required service level and inventory objectives are met, agree it with the factory;

Constructively challenge supply constraints with Manufacturing and Purchasing in order to continuously improve overall business efficiency, reliability and flexibility. Challenges and negotiates with them in case of conflicting interests (Min lot sizes, production frequency or order quantities vs production efficiency or cost of purchase);

Ensure correct requirements on R&P materials;

Manage Master Data;

·
Propose and align lines shut downs plans for maintenance, accounting targets for CFR and stocks;

·
Develop and manage contingency plans for major business activities (plant shutdowns, new product development, promotions, etc.);

·
Analyze and communicate relevant information to Management and colleagues, highlight supply gaps, detail impacts of proposed actions and trade-offs, ensure actions are realistic and achievable. Provide the relevant input to all key DSP meetings;

Provide Capacity analysis and optimization, make an input on capacity requirements;

·
Communicate closely with Demand Planner, Supply Network Planner, Customer Service, Detailed Production Scheduler and Material Requirement Planner to anticipate actions to ensure stock ability and minimise write-offs of finished goods, raw and packaging materials, optimise product freshness as well as to get regular and relevant information regarding product launches, portfolio optimisation, promotions and customer behavior;

Help to ensure achieving business targets by building and maintaining good communication and collaboration within Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Purchasing;

Organize and Lead weekly and monthly Key Meetings;

·
Help Category DSP Manager in preparing the MOR (Monthly Operational Review) and in any other tasks which arise.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

·
2+ years of relevant operational experience in Supply Network Planning or Supply Chain Development;

·
University Degree (Business Management, Marketing or Economics are preferable);

·
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills;
Good planning skills;

·
Good communication and negotiation skills;

·
Fluent written and spoken English.
