Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Brand Manager, BU Culinary position in Kiev.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Develop and execute based on global strategies, local marketing-mix tactics in order to reach yearly category and brand objectives;
·  Prepare, propose, present and agree input of given categories for: MEP, OPL, ICP, OMP.
·  Coffee Academy concept preparation and execution in order to develop and extend beverage expertise within NP team.
·  Initiate, develop and execute product development initiatives (development of the new products) within the category and brand to achieve OG and OP agreed level;
·  Gain knowledge about the consumers, the customer, the competition, the trade structure of the Company and use it for analysis of the category/brand issues, act upon;
·  Propose, agree and execute merchandising standards for given category by BTL tools and promo activities initiatives according to the brand/category plan, including:
·  Trends analyze of Category across channels with active look for new opportunities in the trade environment, with reports on regular basis.
·  Consumer behavior analyze at the Point of Consumption to give input to Category and Channel strategy.
·  Trends and opportunities identification in POSM of Category across all channels
·  Regular presentation of Category's POSM and merchandising standards to Sales Force
·  Keep POS Materials design and production schedule in line with Category Activity Plan. Monitor and control POSM inventories, both centrally and regionally. Control the Category POSM budget, PFME.
·  Evaluate the effectiveness of Category POSM across all channels
·  Launch promo activities (regional, national) (preparing budget proposal, pre and post evaluation, briefs, mechanic development, choosing agencies, promo materials preparation, address program, execution control, effectiveness evaluation, next steps);
·  Initiate and launch promo packs (preparing budget proposal, promo materials preparation, organize & control production, P&L, track sales results);
·  Events preparation (preparing briefs, mechanic development, choosing agencies, promo materials preparation, address program, execution control, effectiveness evaluation, next steps).
·  Perform analytical analysis and report on the relevant category/brand performance data (marketing research, sales, communication performance, trade environment) to identify and agree with Line Manager the development of relevant innovation/renovation initiatives to support brand development;
·  Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan according to agreed marketing objectives in the form of volume, market share, profitability and communication levels;
·  Develop an effective communication network within other functions to deliver the agreed targets
Required Qualifications and Experience:
·  University Degree (Business Management, Marketing or Economics are preferable);
·  3-4 years experience in brand management (FMCG sector) is a must;
·  Successful experience in communication and product development within FMCG sector;
·  Strong marketing project management and well developed analytical skills;
·  Profound presentation and communication skills;
·  Highly developed proactive cooperation abilities;
·  Fluent written and spoken English.
