We are currently looking for a
BRAND MANAGER
Based in Vilnius

Main duties and responsibilities:
· Developing long term and short term brand;
· Developing marketing strategy & tactics in order to reach agreed brands;
· Preparing & executing yearly brand plan according agreed brand objectives in volume, market shares, profitability and brand communication KPIs;
· Effectively using investment budget, ensuring that financial brand's objectives are met;
· Performing analysis of relevant brand performance data (marketing research, sales, communication performance, trade environment etc.) to identify business opportunities;
· Monitoring constantly sales results considering brands' regional and trade channel sales performance as a basis to identifying needs for corrective actions to be taken;
· Developing an efficient communication network within other functions to deliver the plan.

Qualifications required:
· University degree in Economics, Marketing or Business management;
· 2-3 year experience in brand management;
· Good understanding of FMCG sector;
· Strong & well developed marketing project management;
· Analytical skills and structured approach;
· Profound presentation and communication skills;
· Highly developed proactive cooperation abilities;
· PC literacy, esp. Excel, PowerPoint, usage of SAP and Nielsen Answers would be an advantage;
· Driver's license, excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages.
