Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the AVA Development Specialist position in Kiev.

Main Responsibilities:
·  Analyze consumer/shopper behavior at the Point of Purchase. Generate main principals and rules for AVA development based on this data;
·  Analyze trends in Category across channels and look for new opportunities in the trade environment. Prepare proposal for every channel on quarterly base;
·  Identify trends and opportunities in POSM of Category across all channels. Based on agreed objectives and POSM type create Path-to-Purchase brief for the agency and prepare design of POSM. Regularly present Category's POSM and merchandising standards to Sales Force;
·  Keep POS Materials design and production schedule in line with Category Activity Plan. Coordinate with Supply Chain POSM warehousing and distribution to regions. Monitor and control POSM inventories, both centrally and regionally;
·  Control the Category POSM budget, PFME and TTS;
·  Evaluate the effectiveness of Category POSM across all channels. Develop action plan for improvement of efficiency;
·  Manage new NPDI support. Prepare new product trade communication, placement standards and POSM support;
·  Prepare Category specific planograms based on Shopper insight. Keep up-to-date with the latest merchandising tools and trends;
·  Audit current in-store situation of availability of product. Monitor & control equipment placement in store;
·  Plan, coordinate and lead CCSD related projects in the area of product visibility/accessibility, category management, shopper insight, popularly positioned products and other Generating demand trends;
·  Implement coordinated project in category management area according to project schedule;
·  Develop and implement Pictures of Success in all channels based on market situation and best practice from other markets.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
·  University Degree (Marketing or Economics are preferable);
·  +2 years experience in in Category/Channel management;
·  Strong marketing project management and well developed analytical skills;
·  Highly developed proactive cooperation abilities;
·  Fluent written and spoken English;
·  Space management skills;
·  Consumer/customer communication skills;
·  Merchandising expirience;
·  Project management skills.
