We are looking for a well-organized and discreet professional to join our Head Office and to provide support to the Country Manager ad interim.

The Country Manager Assistant will be responsible for :

• Time schedule management;
• Meeting arrangement and minutes preparation;
• Coordination of key events and corporate meetings;
• Design and update of corporate presentations;
• Corporate event calendar tracking;
• Travel arrangements;
• Small projects handling;
• Performing other tasks and responsibilities set during the course of work.

For this position, we are looking for:

• University Degree;
• Excellent command of English and Bulgarian language;
• PC skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Ability to work under time constraints and pressure;
• Good communication skills;
• Previous experience is a plus.
