Team of 3 persons (1 Head of wholesale France and 2 sales representatives) within the External Distribution Department - France and Geneva.
The candidate is a 100% member of the team, and will be in an ideal position to understand the broad variety of sales and marketing functions, ranging from sales strategy follow up and adjustement, sales promotion, marketing, sales and after sales. Support sales people with up-to-date information on funds and strategies (factsheets, reportings, presentations, commentaries), in relation with marketing teams. Support the team with the CRM tool (contact checking, minutes, activity follow up). Support the team in roadshow organisation and events planning (invitations, follow up emails, roadshow material preparation). Participate to coordination for Regional and Global Key Accounts initiatives, as well as coordination for REtail initiatives.

Strong will to help Flexible and autonomous Good MS Office knowledge (Excel & VBA, PPT, SalesForce is a plus) Fluency in English (writing and conversation)

To help sales teams and affiliates win new business through bids/proposals RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the formal interface between sales teams and affiliates for questionnaire completion, ensuring that requests from sales teams are directed to the appropriate contacts within each Affiliate and dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
- Support sales teams in identifying and qualifying new mandates with affiliates •Work with affiliates and sales teams to complete client/prospect questionnaires/RFPs
- Supply ad hoc affiliate data and information to support RFP opportunities
- Compliance approve RFP materials for European based clients and work with NGAM compliance to approve materials for other regions
