About the job
MISSION: You are in charge of the whole recruitment cycle in one of our engineering communities.
START UP PHASE:
- You are in charge of creating new job descriptions and posting them on different channel
- You structure and are in charge of all our visibility channels (jobboards, job fairs, alumni networks, targeted schools …). You assess them and find others
- You are in charge of identifying future talents on those channels (including hunting activities)
- You perform HR interviews and follow up your candidates
- You coordinate the recruitment process with the Business Partners
- You structure the salary packages, present them to candidates till the signature
SECOND PHASE: Depending on your management skills, creativity and capacity of structuring the function as well as on our growth:
You contribute to HR projects
You commit to internal HR projects in collaboration with our Recruitment Manager
About you
- You have a previous experience in recruitment of at least 1 year
- You speak English and/or netherland and/or German fluently
- You have a master 2 (background HR or Business Schools)
