Context
TED ((Talent, Enrolment and Development) is our internal department in charge of engaging all our Talents in the company’s life and ensure their professional development.
TED is in charge to pass on the company’s culture, value attitudes & encourage our Engineers to become contributors of our strategy.
Mission
You will develop, coordinate, implement & execute projects to ensure best practices principles are applied in TED’s scope (career evolution, training path, HR processes & guidelines)
You will translate business strategies & visions into workforce & culture set of actions
You will supervise the implementation of organizational & cultural changes.
You will act as partner to the business, act on complex people situations. You give advice & find appropriate solutions.
The position is closely linked to the Business. To succeed you will have to solve problems & like working with different people from different backgrounds & countries.
About you
- You hold a Master Degree in Business, HR or Engineering
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in HR or in a
Management role
- You are results driven, proactive & hold excellent
communication skills
- Corporate values mean a lot for us. We expect them to

- You are fluent in English & French
