Nalys is currently launching and delivering its innovative and strategic service line, cross all industries (life sciences, embedded software, mechanical engineering, web applications), named ‘TaaS’ (Technology-as-a-Service).
The Project Manager position is a unique role combining strategy and operations to sustain the international expansion and enforce NALYS’ innovative delivery model (ref. Nalys was awarded as the 2015 Innovative Starter for its new TaaS Service).
This critical role interfaces between the sales team, the technical project managers, the experts, and the top management (Nalys and customer) to secure a profitable growth, and ensure a top quality and performance of the TaaS model delivery.
This results-driven role calls for a combination of creative problem solving, leadership with an excellent communication (analytical skill, written and oral; French and English), entrepreneurial mind-set, and interpersonal ability to work in a multi-skilled team.
Missions:
Attached to our TaaS division, you will act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager Officer.
You will have 2 main responsibilities:
- Operational activity:
‘TaaS’ develops a complex business model delivering service centers for our customers. As such, your role encompasses:
- Business analysis
- Project delivery/management office: support project managers to increase performance and quality of project delivery, animate Steering Committees at the customers, manage the project risks, follow the project cost, allocate resources, manage Key Performance Indicators
- Transformation: The final goal of the transformation is to gain more market shares in a very competitive industry. Responsible for the implementation of the model (from kick off and sequence management to closure) at customers, you will help them decrease their cost while improving their performance.
- Support business and technical teams: KPI management, tools support and point of contact between HQ and the service team.
- Strategic activity:
Attached to General Management, you will act as a business controller.
Your role will be to gather, collect and analyse business KPI’s (operational and financial) to support management decisions.
You are accountable for the program operational success.
Your role will include lots of interactions with all functions and departments within the company and outside the company (customers, consultants …). You will also be proactive on tools development or improvement, when needed, to improve automation and reliability of the data layer.

- Experience: 2-4 years in an entrepreneurial environment
- Project management mind-set: Ability to take initiative, challenge, promote and drive your ideas in a constantly-changing work environment
- Business sense and culture

- Performance-driven mind-set: strong analytical thinking
- Personality: energy, energise, edge, execute and passionate about transformational business model.
- Knowledge of standards and marketing tools are a must have: Excel, VBA, Marketing mix, Porter, BCG matrix, risk analysis…
- Language: English and French
