You will be in charge of Local & European scope, with daily contact with international teams!
 
You will help the PCM Gum and Candy team by
Coordinating the cross functional involvement with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development / Business Planning, Purchasing, R&D, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights and all functions within Supply Chain to to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
Assist the project owner (Marketing)  in the elaboration and follow-up of the project’s realization
Define and ensure the deadlines, taking into account all constraints from different departments
Directing the I2M (Idea to Market) product change process in a business category, including all project groups.
Communicating to all parts of the organization to keep everyone linked throughout the project.
Working to identify opportunities through speed enablers to execute projects faster
Evaluate the operational outcomes and KPIs of launched projects
Initiate optimization projects

Desired profile

 
You might just what we are looking for if..


You are still enrolled in an engineering/business school or university with a matching educational background in CS&L and you have a Master’s Degree

You have good communication skills and some project management skills

You are open-minded, results-oriented and you are adaptable.

Are politically and interpersonally savvy

Possess analytical skills and have a business acumen

You are organized, proactive and have leadership

You are fluent in English and Spanish

Previous experience is not essential but preferred
 
This is a full time internship that lasts for 12 months (during or at the end of your studies) starting from June 2018 in Madrid with a 900 € compensation.
