Au sein du département Corporate Affairs et de l’équipe Communication Western Europe, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes…
Animer l’ensemble des outils de communication interne :
- L’intranet du groupe en France : vous relayez l’ensemble des actualités de notre groupe et de nos marques. En étroite collaboration avec les départements concernés vous concevez et publier les messages sur l’intranet et accompagnez ainsi les projets de l’entreprise.
- La télévision interne Joy TV diffusée sur tous les sites du groupe en France (siège social et usines) : sur ce support vidéo, vous proposez, mettez en forme et publiez les messages liés à la vie du groupe, des marques et des sites.
- Le réseau social d’entreprise Yammer: Vous proposez et rédigez en anglais des articles pour notre newsroom mondiale
Participer à la mise en oeuvre et la dynamisation des évènements internes :
- Animations marques, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing.
- Evènements corporate (Animations Cocoa Life, mois santé-sécurité...)
Accompagner l'équipe sur les projets de communication externe pour pourvoir l'image de Mondelez : relations presse, préparation de messages clés etc...

Vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous recherchons si...
Vous êtes de formation bac 4/5 (de type école de communication, école de commerce ou université) avec une spécialisation en communication
Vous avez effectué un premier stage en Communication
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellente communication orale et écrite, votre créativité, votre sens de l’organisation et votre autonomie
Vous maîtrisez le pack Office et Photoshop et l'administration de site intranet
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et le français
Il s’agit d’un stage temps plein de 6 mois (césure ou fin d’études) à partir de Janvier 2018 basé à Clamart. La rémunération sera selon votre profil. Vous aurez aussi accès au restaurant d’entreprise et 75% du titre de transport vous sera remboursé.
Parce que nous travaillons quotidiennement dans un environnement international, le processus de recrutement se déroule majoritairement en anglais.

Active all internal communication tools:
- The French intranet: you relay all the news of our group and our brands. Working closely with other departments, you design and publish posts on the intranet.
- The Joy TV (internal television) broadcast on all the group's sites in France (headquarters and plants): on this video support, you propose, format and publish messages related to Mondelez life, brands and sites.
-The Corporate social network Yammer: You propose and write English articles for our Newsroom
• Participate in the implementation of internal events:
-Brands’ animations with the marketing teams.
-Corporate Events (Cocoa Life animations, month for health and security...)
Be the support of the team oh the external communication for EVP : press relations, key messages preparation etc...
You might be the one we are looking for…
You are still enrolled in a University or Business School and you are studying towards a Master’s Degree
You have already completed an internship in Communication
You are autonomous, creative and well organized, and you have excellent oral and written communication skills.
You are proficient with IT tools (including Photoshop) and intranet administration
You are fluent in English and in French
This is a full time internship that lasts for 6 months starting , January 2018 in Clamart with compensation according to your profile. You will also have access to the company restaurant, and 75% of your transportation costs will be refunded.
Because, every day, we work in an international environment, the selection process will be mostly in English.
