You will help the Western Europe HR team by...
 
 
 Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
You are the owner of the success of the interns and apprenticies hiring campaigns for Western Europe. You are the first contact for managers for all the functions (Marketing, sales, supply, plants) and countries (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands)
 
Be the first contact for managers : take their brief,
Define the sourcing strategy for the offers you are responsible of
Implement the sourcing actions you have defined : Publish internships offers and improve their visibility on the different jobboards, head hunt candidates on Linked In when needed...
Coordinate the hiring campaign with our team of recruiters based in the UK: brief them on the managers' needs, follow-up of candidates alongside the manager, occasionaly operate recruitment interviews when support is needed by the recruiter’s team. (NB : the team of recruiters based in the UK is responsible for the screening of CVs and the first interview, not you)
Develop visibility of Mondelez Employer brand to our targeted candidates (students) : create articles, videos, Linked In communications...
 
Campus Management
Coordinate the “Campus Ambassadors” program: being the first entry point for the Managers Ambassadors in every partner schools, keep the campus action’s follow-up updated and be a support for the Campus Ambassadors (Recruitment training, briefing, organization)
Participate in the Campus events in France : presentation to students, interviews, on campus challenges...
Animate our Talent pool of students
Develop innovative and impacting tools for the Campus Actions
 
Cross-functional projects
Animate the interns community
Manage and track all logistic needs for the Campus events
Help with the deployment of Employee Advocacy, Assessment days or other punctual initiatives

Desired profile

You are an enthusiastic student with a matching educational background (Business Schools/University)
You are able to work independently, remotely and responsibly
You have good communication skills

You are not afraid to give your honest, unrestrained input and your innovative ideas!
Working in a team gives you energy
You are fluent in English; additional fluency in Frenche or Spanish is a plus
This is an apprenticeship that lasts for 1 year (during or at the end of your studies) starting July/September 2018 in Clamart with compensation according to your profile. You will also have access to the company restaurant, and 75% of your transportation costs will be refunded. Because, every day, we work in an international environment, the selection process will be mostly in English.
