We are looking for a highly talented manager who will lead our Full-Stack team to new districts. Our Team Manager must be dependable and committed to the team needs and targets. Our future team manager and his team will face with many challenges which will require can-do-attitude, excellent collaboration and creative thinking.
Responsibilities-
• Manage a large Full-Stack team.
• Communicate across different functions, such as Product and peer development teams.
• Drive engineering initiatives.
• Participate in technical design.
• Help team members develop their careers, assigning them to projects tailored to their skill levels, long-term skill development, personalities, and work styles.
Requirements -
• At least 2 years of direct management experience of a team of more than 5 members.
• Background as a Web Developer of single page application technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability work in a dynamic multi-task environment with context switches.
• Balance the need to "keep things running" with allocating time to long-term, high-impact projects.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Advantages-
• Significant experience developing enterprise-grade client-side web-based applications working with large data sets and high volumes.
• Significant experience with React.JS and MongoDB.
