Position Overview:

Michael Kors is looking for an Omni Merchandise Coordinator to assist the buying team in all facets of managing a growing domestic and international business. Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving skills and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment are a must. 

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Generate weekly selling reports and analyze business in order to track selling, identify key trends, maximize opportunities and minimize liabilities to achieve continued growth and profitability of the full price business.
·  Responsible for maintaining assortment sheets, pricing/conversion files, processing markdowns, and sample management.
·  Partner with cross functional teams to communicate monthly floorset details, markdowns and promotions and RTVs.
·  Responsible for execution and maintenance of merchandising guidelines and product knowledge information to the stores.
·  Partner with team to run analysis and prepare selling hindsights in order to help identify opportunities in the assortment. Attend and actively participate in vendor market appointments.
·  Communicate and partner with stores, licensing, site merchandising, and retail partners domestically and internationally to ensure proper execution of all merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

·  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
·  Computer Literate – Strong Excel Skills
·  Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
·  Fashion sense and know-how.
·  Energetic with can-do attitude and ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
