THE JOB OVERVIEW

As a Sales Associate, you are a team player who has the ability to achieve sales goals and develop lasting client relationships. These initiatives are achieved by providing the highest level of Customer Experience and complying with all company policies, procedures and directives.

The responsibilities of this role are included in 3 areas:

Sales Generation

·  Meet sales goals
·  Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance
·  Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise

Customer service

·  Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
·  Build and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client book

Operations

·  Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked
·  Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor
·  Properly execute all relevant register functions

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

·  Relevant fashion retail experience preferred
·  Energetic and motivated with the ability to engage; a true brand ambassador
·  Able to work as a team member and drive results
·  Mandarin Chinese Speaker and English Speaker (fluent)
·  Able to work on different tasks easily – Multi-tasking
·  An experience in tourism related business and the knowledge of Greater China market and trends is a valuable plus
