Digital Marketing Executive - Events Team
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a career in Digital Marketing, combining tradition marketing and PR with the wider realm of SEO, and is excited to help accelerate our growth.
Full ownership of our main social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube)
Ensure content motivates, inspires, engages business fans and followers.
Drive KPIs including website traffic, social following, conversations, engagement, new users and people attending events
Support creation and management of emails and newsletters to members, optimise visits, CTRs, and client campaigns with leading brands.
Act as the key link between Marketing and Sales (all online efforts are to support the sales of office space, events and business training) as well as create engagement with our members;
Ensure that all marketing campaigns are quantifiable prior to launch
Analyse marketing campaign ROI
Analyse marketing to sales conversion ratios and customer retention
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Work with the marketing team to build and maintain our social/online presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Write blogposts about events
