Poste et missions:
This Position has the responsibility of driving and coordinating the site's carbon neutrality project by:
- Implementing carbon reduction measures aligned with the Site's carbon management plan and the site's energy master plan, in collaboration with Operations & ISEE teams. These projects include: energy efficiency initiatives(process & equipment optimization), development of the site's renewable energy procurement strategy (owned assets and RECs/PPA), participation to the design for any construction/renovation of facilities and equipment.
- Developing relationship with the utilities and being the main point of contact for the site
- Driving the carbon neutrality spirit and cultural change within the company and involving employees (including trainings)
- Working with EHS/ISEE on any other environmental indicators (waste, water, etc.)
- Proposing carbon offsetting projects and preparing the site's carbon neutrality certification (documented yearly process)
- Contribute to build communication & marketing plan (internal/external), in collaboration with Business,Operations, HSE, Sustainable Development and Communication teams.
Profil:
Masters degree (e.g. MBA, MSc), focus engineering
