Poste et missions:
Under the general guidance of the Head of Discovery Chemistry, the Scientific Data & Project Coordinator would:
1) Enable discovery data to be easily transformed into knowledge, thereby facilitating knowledge-based decision making for Pharma Discovery projects.
2) Ensure policy alignment, consistency and quality of data capture (including screening parameters) and appropriate storage of data at external partners and within BI.
3) Apply suitable software, works with scientists, and designs appropriate reports to enable the presentation of data, discussion, and common learning, e.g. SpotFire, SharePoint, ScienceCloud, D360 & internal databases.
4) Participate in project meetings to help navigate the teams through the data and facilitate decision-making.
5) Coordinate the supply and tracking of materials to support biological studies performed at internal and external research facilities.
Profil:
Minimum BS in Chemistry, Scientific Modeling, Molecular Biology, or a related Life Sciences field; masters (école d’ingénieur) degree preferred.
1 to 2 years of cumulated relevant experience in pharmaceutical or agrochemical research.
Excellent inter-personal, inter-cultural, and networking skills are required in order to provide effective interactions across BI and externally with collaborators. A willingness to learn new software and apply the knowledge for the benefit of the team is critical.
