Sachbearbeiter Freight Control (m/w/divers)

Ihre Aufgabe:

Sie sind Ansprechpartner (m/w/divers) der Spediteure rund um das Thema Abrechnung, dies beinhaltet die Kontrolle von Frachtrechnungen für eingehende und ausgehende Sendungen mittels verschiedener Verkehrsträger (Luft, See und Straße inklusive CEP) von und an das Logistikzentrum in Schnelldorf, sowie das Mahnwesen. Sie vertreten zudem die Abteilung Global Transportation in lokalen Standortprojekten. Weiter gehören folgende Themen zu Ihren Aufgaben:

·  Monatliche Reportings (z.B. OTD-Forwarder-Performance) 
·  Claim-Management 
·  Transportwegeoptimierung
·  Mitarbeit bei Transportstrategien
·  Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen
·  Vertretung des Transport Managers Schnelldorf

 

Ihre Qualifikation:

·  Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/divers)
·  2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im relevanten Umfeld
·  Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
·  Gute SAP und erweiterte MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint)
