Principal Software Engineer

Your Role:

IntegriTest, a Windows-based instrument that automatically tests the integrity of membrane filters, is Milliporesigma’s product offering that ensures the integrity of our Bioprocess and Pharmaceutical drug manufacturing customers’ sterile process filters. Recognized as an industry leader for over 3 decades, IntegriTest allows our customers to meet the rigorous demands of the FDA in ensuring patient safety. 

As a Senior Software Engineer, you are responsible for the User Interface development of our next generation IntegriTest device. Working independently.  Become one of the stewards of this important product line.

 

You will:  

- Design, develop, and implement the user interface code and database of our next generation IntegriTest. 

In addition, develop software to connect and configure our IntegriTest to our customer’s corporate network.

 

Who You Are: 

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
·  10+ years of experience developing commercial software products using C#
·  Demonstrated experience of developing a User Interface with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
·  Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with databases
·  Working knowledge of windows server and domain controller
·  Industry experience in developing Windows-based instruments is highly desirable
·  Willing to learn new skills
·  Able to work in a results-driven environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Master’s degree in Computer Science preferred
·  20+ years of experience working as a software engineer
·  Knowledge of membrane filter integrity testing is desirable but not required
