Your role:

·Plan, manage and develop a territory composed of dealers in different industries or fileds. Actively identify and target new business/sales opportunities to support dealers.

·Build strong business relationships and formulate account relationship plans within the assigned territory.

·Optimize the sales channels in high level within the marketplace.

·Actively grasp customer issues and support customer with professional knowledge of products, current prospects, marketing events to team, contribute to the work of market development and strategy.

·Achieve and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting.

·Work closely with line manager for territory business planning and implementation.

 

Who you are:

·Bachelor’s Degree of Bioscience or Chemistry is a must; Master’s degree is preferred.

·At least 2 years sales experience about reagent and consumables in pharma or biotech industry. Distributor management experience is preferred.

·Good data analysis and biz planning skills

·Fluent oral and written communication skills in English

·Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented
