Your Role:

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Manufacturing department!  In this role, your primary responsibility is to perform production procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), resulting in a quality product at the Lenexa Dry Powder production facility.  You will be gathering, scooping, and dumping chemicals.  Verifying gross weights, checking related reports and completing batch record documentation.  Loading formulated chemicals into blenders and mill. Setting up and operating clean-in-place (CIP) systems.  Verifying scales are in specification.  Confirming material and supplies are staged.  Assisting in performing label reconciliation to ensure proper package labeling.  Moving pallets of product to finished goods storage.  Performing all duties in a safe working manner.

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·  High School Diploma or GED.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  1+ year of manufacturing experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing environment preferred.
·  Good eye/hand dexterity and coordination. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and distinguish colors.
·  Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·  Ability to lift 5 pounds for a six-hour period, or as required. Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
·  Ability to maneuver and position mechanical components up to 50 kg.
