Global Pricing Operations Expert (all genders)

Your role:

As a Global Pricing Operations Expert (all genders) you will be responsible for resolving pricing tasks 3rd level support according to the predefined KPIs - by making sure the users are served in time, the issues are resolved correctly, the quality of the answers is high, and the SLA resolution time is met. Furthermore you will develop applications and run data quality analysis, observe trends, contribute to the development of the Pricing Operations and Competitive Intelligence tools, applications, processes, analytics, dashboards and reports. You will develop, coordinate and successfully complete operational pricing projects as well as create and improve internal documents, instructions, SOPs for the pricing processes, analytics, dashboards, reports, tools and applications. The transfer of knowledge to the Pricing Analysts, related to the jobs/queries in the pricing OPS & CI tools/applications will also belong to your scope of responsibilities as well as data formatting, cleaning, maintenance, operational price calculation and price distribution to all price related systems (ERPs, CRM, eCommerce, etc).

           

Who you are:

·  Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience (Business, Informatics/Computer Science, Math/Statistics, or similar)
·  2-3 years of domain experience
·  Practical experience of large and complex data maintenance and analysis 
·  International experience working in global, partially remote teams
·  Strong analytical and data analysis skills (ability to see the story through the data)
·  Fluent English
