Job description

· Build & maintain strong client relationship with assigned industries. Prospect for new clients and expand the industry participant list.
· Continuously accumulate deep knowledge in assigned industry(s) or market and to be ready as an industry or market expert of the team.
· Survey activities include ensuring data validation, data collection & data processing.
· Interpret survey findings to client and provide appropriate and tailor-made solutions to address specific client needs.
· Client servicing - constantly answer client queries on survey results or compensation and benefits information.
· Prepare and conduct presentations on pre-survey, post survey and custom survey/project assigned
· Determine client specific project scope on Rewards strategy including job evaluation, salary structure, salary matrix and compensation strategy.
· Manage and deliver rewards projects and ensure project efficiency. Assist in developing client reports with the team by giving advice on the aspect of a company or business recommendation.
· Work with quantitative and qualitative data and translate into business context and recommendation.

Desired profile

·  An undergraduate or postgraduate degree, with at least 3 to 4 years' experience in compensation & benefits preferably in a consulting environment.
·  Able to work independently and as part of a broader team.
·  Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Possess strong communication skills.
·  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
·  Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
·  Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
·  Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills.
·  Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs.
·  Ability to come up with ideas on and use logical reasoning.
