Job description

Ø Work with sales person make installation schedule

Ø Install CryoConsole and performfull inspection to make sure the console status meet Medtronic standard

Ø Record the activity following Medtronic record procedure

 PM

Ø  Work with sales person make PM plan

Ø Perform PM according to Medtronic policy and CryoConsole status.

Ø Record the activity following Medtronic record procedure

 Troubleshooting  

Ø Go to hospital repair CryoConsol

Ø  Perform full inspection

Ø Record the activity following Medtronic record procedure

Marketing Support

Ø Support marketing activities

Desired profile

·            Bachelor Degree inBiomedical orMechatronics

·            Ability of reading, writing, speaking English

·        At least 1year of related experience inMedical device / instrument field service.

·         Good communication, presentation and inter-personnel skills with ability to work collaboratively.

·        Ability to work under pressure and stretch beyond the normal working hours if needed.

·        Frequentlytravel atleast 10 days a month.
