Job description
Account & Distributor Management (40%)
• Know key decision makersand understand whole decision making process
• Customer visits, conduct presentations, seminars
• Able to identify red flags with account, handle objections, identify influencers and know competitors
• Plan weekly/ monthly sales activities
• Execute delegated strategies to develop and grow assigned territories
• Seek out competitor information and communicate to manager
• Coordinate and conduct workshops and exhibitions
• Coordinate and liaise withKOLs for sponsorships and educational visits
Customer RelationshipBuilding (30%)
• Keep close contacts with customers
• Provide clinical papers to customers
• Constant interactions & conversations
Customer Education (30%)
• Problem solving and solution presentations
• Communicate and consistently updatecustomers on new information
Desired profile
- Minimum2years working experience in medical device or healthcare industry
- Bachelors degree or higheris preferred
- Clinical or medical backgroundis preferred
- Strong team work & interpersonal skills
