Pricing Administrator with French - 1 year contract
Place of work: Warsaw

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role is pivotal for the implementation of pricing processes and delivery of KPI’s to successfully manage functioning towards a best-in class organization.
Pricing Administrators enable the creation of a pricing culture through standardization of tools, processes and metrics in all business units, across geographies, in line with corporate strategy.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain general controls over the integrity and security of all pricing and contract information
• Support business units by setting up and maintaining all pricing data in ‘Vendavo’ and ‘SAP’ platform
• Support resolution of pricing data related issues including preparation of necessary documents required to clear incorrectly priced orders and invoices
• Issue pricing data extracts and reports
• Measure and report on the adherence to the department’s SLAs
• Generate KPI reports on a monthly basis and ad hoc
• Set up and maintain regional processes, procedures and tools
• Review existing pricing processes and recommend improvements
• Prepare and support annual pricing updates.

Desired profile

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree (financial, economic, engineering)
• Fluent English and French is a must
• MS Office (including advanced Excel)
• Work experience within a Financial Shared Services Environment or Credit Collection, or a Process Maintenance related field
• Pricing experience will be a strong asset
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work with large data files
• Good problem solving and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and decision making skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
• Knowledge of pricing tools systems to be and advantage
• SAP knowledge to be an advantage as well as Lean or Six-Sigma methodologies, along with project management experience
