Job description

Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams and payers to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

As Manager Integrated Health Solutions, you lead Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) business development and service delivery activities in XXX. You develop and execute business plans to achieve full potential of IHS in the XXX healthcare market.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Work closely with Strategic Accounts Managers and the Salesforce to drive lead generation and develop new business opportunities.

·        Build relationships with target accounts, understand their needs and priorities, help shape their value agenda and articulate relevant solutions and value propositions.

·        Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth and integrated sales process.

·        Lead deal negotiations and manage the closure of IHS deals.

·        Coordinate the solution delivery to ensure that planned business outcomes are met for the customer and Medtronic.

·        Manage the account on an ongoing basis, ensure satisfaction and value generation, identify and harness next waves of opportunities.

·        Conduct market research and work with key customers and other stakeholders to identify and/or develop new solution/service opportunities in the market.

·        Hire, coach and develop local project or staff resources.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

·        Master’s degree

·        Fluency in English, knowledge of regional language will be an additional benefit

·        Lean 6 sigma a plus

 

 

JOB EXPERIENCE

 

·        At least 3 years of experience within a big consulting firm in health care environment.

·        Additional experience of 2 to 3 years in sales within life science industry ideally in medical device.

·        Proven track record of experience in a consultative sale of complex solutions within healthcare with strong project management skills to handle high complexity deals in a fast growing environment

 

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

·        Excellent skills in project management to handle complex financial deal and develop new solutions and services opportunities.

·        Solid market analysis and strategic thinking.

·        Strong communication and presentation skills in order to support the creation of a network and influence future clients and partners.

·        Ability to identify potential business opportunities and to execute for results.

·        Strong customer focus, excellent negotiator and influencer.

·        Ability to develop and foster business relationships with continuously changing stakeholder groups inside key customer’s organization.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

 

·        Willingness to travel within MEACAT (40-60%) .
