An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Talent Officer to join the Group Human Resources at our Paris Office.

The Global Talent Officer will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience by working on global projects relating to talent management and development programmes across the international Mazars footprint. (S)He will also have close exposure to other dimensions of HR including Innovation, Digital Learning, Talent Acquisition, HR strategy...

Reporting to the Head of Talent within Group HR, the successful applicant will provide a skilled project management support, in a fast-moving environment and in a cross-disciplinary fashion.

Responsibilities/Tasks
-Project and Programme Management support for talent management programmes (Leadership Development, Talent Assessment, Onboarding, Staff engagement, etc.)
-Coordinates programme's organisation and communications
-Researches best practices in talent management
-Manage data to analyse our practices and success
-Support our international community of HR leaders
-Take ownership of improvement projects

The projects you will be involved in can be adapted and depend on the activity of the team.

During his/her experience, the Global Talent Officer will have the opportunity to boost his/her employability and develop key competencies such as management of multiple stakeholders and coordination of global projects, global and strategic view of HR in a corporate setting and introduction to data analytics.

Profil recherché

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have solid business judgment, strong communication skills, demonstrate excellent client service and will be an autonomous self-starter.

(S)he will be a strong problem-solver and shows initiative to work creatively, support his/her manager proactively while being an effective team player.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree minimum (open to any discipline) with at least a 2-year experience acquired in multicultural environment
-International outlook and language skills: bilingual English & French, ideally experience of at least one year abroad
-Creative - enjoying finding and sharing innovative ideas
-Digital mindset, at ease with data manipulation
-Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (especially Excel)
-Excellent attention to details
-Efficiency, planning & organisation skills
