Job description

We are looking for a Telesales and Customer Care Coordinator who will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team of Associates. The main purpose of the role is to ensure business growth by providing „best in class” customer service as well as telesales activity to Royal Canin customers in all business pillars.

As a Telesales and Customer Care Coordinator , you will:
• Support the pillar priorities by implementing field sales & marketing activity plans
• Set, monitor, and follow up telesales performance to deliver sales targets and service level KPIs
• Execute Sales Standards in telesales
• Ensure the rigorous execution of Governance & Compliance procedures
• Manage sales & accounting platform by upgrading and validation of data
• Lead assigned x-functional projects
• Be responsible for recruitment, succession planning and development of direct reports
• Create team spirit and engagement through inclusive leadership and by role modeling the 5 principles of Mars
• Plan & lead periodical sales team meetings

Candidate’s profile:
• University Degree required (Business or Marketing preferable)
• Fluent Polish and good level of English
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Call Center environment
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of Polish retail trade, key customers, consumers and pet food market will be an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
