Here at Mars Food Australia (MFA) we have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Export Analyst to join our well established and collaborative Supply Chain team based in Wyong. The successful candidate should possess a natural flair and passion for building strong and trusted relationships throughout the business and be prepared to be the face of MFA! You will be required to manage end to end operations for outbound export orders with a high level of customer service and be the first point of contact for all cross-border order queries at MFA.

Key Responsibilities

·  Execute export operations delivering customer service, inventory and Logistics cost KPI’s for MFA, and represent our export partners in all forums at MFA (Partner with supply planning, demand planning and sales teams).
·  Manage and collaborate with 3PL providers and clearing agents as part of responsibilities for coordinating end to end finished goods export operations to affiliate and export partners.
·  Management of all aspects of the Food Australia export warehousing pipeline via the 3PL provider to deliver an efficient warehousing solution by providing a cost-effective operation that meets the business needs now and into the future

The Ideal Candidate

·  A great communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships in the immediate team and wider business
·  Strong collaboration, analytical and organisational skills
·  Proven Analytical skills and experience with SAP (preferred)
·  Logistics operations knowledge and Supply Chain experience is essential / Export knowledge preferred but not essential
·  2-3 years’ experience gained within an FMCG business (food) preferred
