Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1.配合公司销售目标,制定和跟进销售计划,确保完成公司制订销售目标,处理日常的货款订单工作;

2.选择、发展、管理经销商或其他合作伙伴,建立完善郊县市场分销网络;

3.规划、发展、管理全渠道重要客户;

4.制定所属区域保养/布市/促销计划和具体方案,定期回顾与改进;

5.评价下属业绩,协助下属解决问题,制定团队工作及发展目标,就具体工作为下属作出指导和培训;

6.监督负责区域内的零售价格,维护合理的价格体系;

7.拓展与开发新市场、新渠道;

8.管理与控制销售费用、渠道费用、广告品费用;

9.与客户建立良好的客情关系,获得客户的信任及支持;

10.及时向上司提供客户/市场/竞争对手信息,并提出初步合理化建议。

 

Qualifications/任职条件

1.大专及以上学历;

2.3年或以上相关销售经验,至少1年管理工作经验;

3.熟练的销售/谈判技巧,并能快速理解公司销售策略;

4.性格外向,良好的沟通、协调、组织、管理能力;

5.吃苦耐劳,能在压力下工作,能经常出差;

6.具快速消费品工作经验及驾照者优先。
