Supply Quality Assurance Analyst
Location flexible: Warsaw, Sochaczew or Poznań

Mars Polska is actively recruiting for Analysts in Supplier Quality Assurance area to utilize their analytical skills to support Petcare Nutrition Segment in Europe. You will be working in the Smart Technologies Team which will bring smart technologies (such as Analytics, AI, IoT, Blockchain etc.) to live by understanding the business problems, identifying future solutions and working on implementation of Prototypes and integration projects.

As a Supply Quality Assurance Analyst you will:
• Identify correlations/patterns for quality improvements, risks, synergies, efficiency gains, Cost of goods sold (COGS) etc.
• drive and apply predictive analytics to anticipate crisis or non-conformances
• drive and apply analytical tools to optimize specifications and processes
• be the key contact and project lead for minimum viable product (MVP) development and further project implementation aiming at applying new data management and automation tools to Supply Quality Assurance
• ensure efficient resource allocation in the team by developing and implementing risk evaluation tools for building and maintaining a likelihood of occurrence data base
• understand data sources and provide accurate reporting
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders like: Commercial, R&D, Quality and Food Safety and Digital Technologies

We are interested in candidates with:
• University degree (preferably in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Economic Statistics)
• Experience of Master Data Management or Data Architecture
• Passion for systems and data
• Fluent English
• Process Management experience
• High customer focus
• Good communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience in driving continuous improvement projects with a multi-functional team
• background in the BI, Information, Data, Analytics will be an asset
• Experience in Python, R, Jmp or equivalent will be an asset
• Knowledge of, and experience of PowerBI, Alteryx, Azure Data Lake will be an asset
